Admin: Complete control of the forums. Need to be trusted by all the admins, and need to have good mod experience. Global Mod: Promoted from Moderator. Has control over all the boards. Moderator: Admins decide two or three candidates and then members vote for who they want. Each Moderator will have power over three boards.
